Work outline: Responsible for developing HR systems and coordinating with Labor union
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and Administrative Tasks to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
Ø Develop HR system such as Performance evaluation, Rule & Regulations, Employee relations, Fringe benefit, Payroll system
Ø Coordinate with Labor Union
Ø Managing & prepare all company Important Meeting (Stock Holders Meetings) activities.
Ø Translate the documents from Thai – English if needed.
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, 36-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Ø At least 10 years of working experience in HR field
Ø Good knowledge in Labor law
Ø Understand KPI and Competency
Ø Experience with union negotiation
Ø Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Preferable:
Ø Experience in working as HR in manufacturing company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Udonthani province
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)

Salary: 70,000 – 90,000 THB negotiable
