Work outline: Handle all HR functions including HR & GA functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyze statistical data and reports
Ø Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system
Ø Manage overall picture of HR & GA Departments
Ø Report to the Director or MD
Ø Other assigned task by HR Director
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
Ø At least 3 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR＆GA operations
Ø Experience of developing and Implementing the company HR system or regulation
Ø Excellent in English
Ø Strong management skill
Ø Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require

Working Hour: Mon-Fri (09:00– 18:00)
