Work Outline: Responsible for all function of HRM & HRD & admin task
Duties & Responsibility:
Establish and develop HR strategy and policy to support company to achieve its target
Lead and develop human resources management system & infrastructure
Ensure that human resources management systems are well managed to support company and management level
Perform for all HR function (manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, training & development, compensation & benefits/welfare, etc.)
Develop performance management culture
Provide guidance or recommendation about HR issues to management level
Make a good relationship with Labor Department and immigration officer in order to make all application process and negotiation be more smoothly.
Secretarial duties, such as making expense reports for management team, coordination of deliveries in cooperation with the logistics officer, handling the front desk (reception) and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor degree or higher in Humanistic, Law, or Political Science
Business level in spoken and written English
At least 3-5 years experience in HR in overall functions
Experience in Payroll Program and calculating personal income tax, Knowledge in Labor Law
Good interpersonal skill
