Responsibility:
・Overlook and manage all HR functions including HRM, HRD, HROD, HRBP
- Recruiting, Manpower Planning
- Training, Human Resource Development
- Compensation and Payroll
・Work together with top management for HR strategy and able to execute and ・deploy project without supervising
・Work cross-functionally with each department to ensure and improve work efficiency
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality only
- Age 35 – 40
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Master Degree in Human Resource management
- At least 10 years of working in HR & Administrator field
- At least 5 years in Managerial Level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Independent/Open-minded/Result-oriented/Energetic/Optimistic
- Good command in English (TOEIC: 750 or above)
