HR Manager
(59K – 74K) (SDG-66227)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, ER, Labor Union, Payroll and GA fields
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Design, plan and implements as company’s employee relations programs, policies and procedures
• Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employee to promote employee satisfaction
• Control testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Support Top Management and prepare report when necessary
• Responsibility of KAISEN
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management/ Public Administration/ Business Administration or related field
• At least 7 years experiences as HR (payroll), GA and ER role in any manufacturing fields.
• At least 7 years experience in Management Level as HR (payroll), GA and ER role in any manufacturing fields.
• Experience of monitor operation and create HR plan and strategy that align with business
• Labor Union experiences
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Advance conversation middle level in English
• Responsibility of KAISEN
• Having experience of the following : Corporate governance and Labor Union
• Tiger program is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยรวม ได้แก่ HRM, HRD, ER, สหภาพแรงงาน, เงินเดือนและสาขา GA
• พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์และความคิดริเริ่มของ HR ที่สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจโดยรวม
• ออกแบบ วางแผน และดำเนินการตามโครงการ นโยบาย และขั้นตอนพนักงานสัมพันธ์ของบริษัท
• รักษาการสื่อสารที่ดีและความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพนักงานเพื่อส่งเสริมความพึงพอใจของพนักงาน
• ควบคุมโปรแกรมการทดสอบและสัมภาษณ์; ผู้จัดการที่ปรึกษาการเลือกผู้สมัคร; ดำเนินการและวิเคราะห์การสัมภาษณ์ออก
• ดูแลและจัดการระบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานที่ขับเคลื่อนสมรรถนะสูง
• ประเมินความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมและติดตามโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรม
• รายงานต่อผู้บริหารและให้การสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจผ่านตัวชี้วัด HR
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายตลอดการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์
• สนับสนุนผู้บริหารระดับสูงและจัดทำรายงานเมื่อจำเป็น

ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล/ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์/ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR (บัญชีเงินเดือน), GA และ ER ในสาขาการผลิตใดๆ
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7 ปีในระดับการจัดการในตำแหน่ง HR (เงินเดือน), GA และ ER ในสาขาการผลิตใดๆ
• ประสบการณ์ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานและจัดทำแผนทรัพยากรบุคคลและกลยุทธ์ที่สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจ
• ประสบการณ์สหภาพแรงงาน
• มีความเป็นผู้นำสูง มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• ระดับกลางการสนทนาขั้นสูงในภาษาอังกฤษ
• ความรับผิดชอบของ KAISEN
• มีประสบการณ์ดังต่อไปนี้ : บรรษัทภิบาลและสหภาพแรงงาน
• โปรแกรม Tiger เหมาะกว่า
