HR Group Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-80K) (SDG-23909) <Job Responsibilities> Interpret - Overall of HR tasks ; Recruiting , Training, Attendance, Evaluation, Regulation, Visa & Work permit Set objectives for the HR team and track progress Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment Develop compensation and benefits plans Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) Organize learning and development programs Ensure employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations Dealing with legal matters with company lawyer ISO/CSR Other tasks assigned by GM
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years Bachelor’s degree Having HR experience more than 10 years Having HR experience as Assistant Manager level more than 2 years Business level of Japanese (above N2) *N3 is fine if able to interpret in the meeting Conversational level of English (Basic conversation, able to communicate via email) <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working for long term in same company Having experience of CSR, QC, Internal Control Languages skills English: Conversation level Japanese: Business level Workplace Area: BTS Punnavithee, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday*Saturday working once in January and April) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–80,000THB About the company Products: Analysis of chemical, Testing service for automotive Business Type: Outsourcing Company / BPO Company; Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
