Job Description

HR Generalist and Interpreter
(Japanese Speaking) (30K-40K) (SDG-39487)
<Job Responsibilities>
 HR tasks 50% and Interpreter 50%
 Be responsible in duties of HR Generalist and Payroll functions
 Take care the HR Management part (candidates search, conducting interviews, employees’ hiring and etc.)
 Assist the Japanese Managing Director in the business meeting
 Administrative assistance to CEO (scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls, etc.)
 Office work organization: collaboration with all departments
 Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 22-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 3 years of working experience as an Japanese Interpreter with or without experience in HR functions
 Good command of verbal and written Japanese, uses in business meeting and in assistance of Managing Director (JLPT N3 or above)
 Willing to learn and grow in HRM and Interpreter path
 Good personality and can work under pressure

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsri, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Can choose time to work at 7.30, 8.30 or 9.30 am and work for 7.30 hrs. (Exclude 1 hr. of afternoon break))
