Work Outline: To support HR senior section manager
Duties & Responsibility:
Support HR senior section manager’s tasks
Keep good relationship between Staffs
Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
Help to input or create Excel Files as needs in Human Resource Work
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Developing human resources policies and procedures mediating staff disputes
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 35-40
Bachelor’s degree in any related field with GPA 3.00+
At least 5 years of working experience in any related field (HR is preferable)
Computer Literacy (MS. Office, especially Excel)
Good Command in English
Not job hopper
Service-minded, well-organized, polite and willing to learn any things
[Prefer]
Working in a company with 150+ employees or in a multi organization
Working in Japanese company
Experience in HR field
Japanese skill
Languages skills
English: Adcanced conversational
Workplace Area: Silom / Bangkok
Working Hour:8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000THB – 60,000THB
