HR General Manager - Manufacturing @Chachoengsao (80K-120K) (SDG-39870) <Job Responsibilities> Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety, legal, training and appraisals Review company benefit structure Organize Talent Management Plan Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish engagement Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives Provide Top Management with professional consultation on HR critical issues Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues Manage, direct & coordinate the needs for Visa and Work-Permit, Office Facilities, and other related HR support
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-45 years old Bachelor’s degrees in any related field At least 12 year-experience in HR Manager role in manufacturing Good Knowledge of HR tools & processes Strong background in HR manufacturing with Labor Union Thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines (i.e. staffing, employee relation, labor law, and compensation & benefits management) plus business and organizational awareness Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amphur Muang, Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 80,000–120,000THB About the company Products: IT, electrical devices, security, industrial system, visual system solution Business Type: Home Electronics / Audio-Visual Equipment / Communication Equipment;Machinery / Equipment / Plants
