HR General Manager / Manager (60K–80K) (SDG-113553) ผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล 1 คน <Job responsibilities> - Manage and Oversees all human resources and GA functions. - Labor management skill - Develops and monitors an annual budget of human resources department and all related human resources matter for the company. - Initiate and enforce human resources and/or company policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employee to conform with. - Manage and Develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system. - Design, Develop, and Manage recruitment work flow, documentations, policy and procedures. - Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings or seminars. - Other task as assigned by JP manager <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลและควบคุมทรัพยากรบุคคลและหน้าที่ GA ทั้งหมด - ทักษะการบริหารจัดการแรงงาน - พัฒนาและติดตามงบประมาณประจำปีของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและเรื่องทรัพยากรบุคคลอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของบริษัท - ริเริ่มและบังคับใช้ทรัพยากรบุคคลและ/หรือนโยบาย ขั้นตอน กฎระเบียบของบริษัทให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตาม - บริหารและพัฒนาระบบทรัพยากรบุคคลให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล - ออกแบบ พัฒนา และจัดการกระบวนการงานการสรรหาบุคลากร เอกสาร นโยบาย และขั้นตอนต่างๆ - เข้าร่วมประชุมผู้บริหาร ผู้บริหารและพนักงานบริษัท และเข้าร่วมประชุมหรือสัมมนาอื่นๆ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการ JP มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
