Work outline: Responsible for interpreting and translating TH-JP/JP-TH and also support HR & GA functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Japanese Speaker all of meeting support to HR&GA and Accounting section.
Support Japanese Staffs in HR&GA, Accounting section.
Controlling and preparing Japanese management VISA & Work permit documentation.
Supporting Japanese management convenient hotel, Air ticket, restaurant and etc.
To translate all document in Thai and Japanese
Contact with government for Building and Land Tax, Signboard Tax, Local development Tax.
Other task being assigned by immediate supervisor and Manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Female, Age 22-30 years old
Bachelor degree in Japanese or other related majors
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 – 2 years of working experience as Interpreter, Translator, HR & GA, or other related functions
Experience in Japanese industries
Experience in manufacturer for consumer products
Good command of Japanese and English
Strong self-motivated
Good interpersonal and team player and detail oriented
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (At least JPLT N3 and above)
Workplace Area: Amata office (Rayong)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
