Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Preparing visa application documents
- Foreigner VISA/Work Permit Renewal Procedures/90-Day Report
- Arranging gifts for business partners, customers, etc.
- Creation and arrangement of notebooks for business partners, customers and employees (deciding on design and materials)
- Attendance and overtime management, vacation management
- Manage attendance, overtime, and vacation records and reflect them in evaluations
- Health checkups (hospital selection and arrangements) Notification to employees and management of medical checkups
- Cleaning and pest control
- Business cards, office paper, stationery, coffee, toilet paper, and other general supplies
- Fixed Asset Management
- Company car and driver management for Japanese expatriates
- Planning and execution of company events (sports tournaments, year-end parties, New Year's parties, company trips, etc.)
- General expense details confirmation and payment processing [utilities, communication, travel expenses]
- Fire training
- Accommodation and transportation arrangements
- Reservation for specified date and time/number of people
- Arranging flights, hotels, and roaming services Applying for a visa for overseas travel

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >	
- At least 1 year as experience in General Affair / HR Admin / Office Administration with multiple functions (HR, Accounting, IT, Production, and external suppliers)
- Proficient Ms.Office ,/Ms.Word/Powerpoint/Canva etc.
- Conversation High in English, To communicate with Japanese staff, external supplier via document and e-mail

<Personality>
- Strong coordination skills 
- Clear, polite, and professional communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and effectively follow up on assigned work
- Can work under high pressure.
							
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and company rules and regulations
- Experience in Visa/Work permit
