Job Description
• Handling and supporting for Car and Hotel reservation to Rayong’s site. • Supporting GA jobs with the team; such as, Office Stationaries, Driver/Messenger, Maid, Office Facilities related matters (Telephone, Printing Machines, Electricity, Water, Drinking Water, etc.), Hemaraj Office’s coordination (Fire Evacuation, Air Conditioned Maintenance, etc.), and etc. • Assisting to general HR administrative tasks (per assigned); such as, facilitating and welcoming the candidates and guests, coordinating for Employee Relations’ activities & company’s events, supporting the documentary HR jobs, HR & GA Service Centre, and et • Performing as a first contact Operator/receptionist for company. • Taking care of Office areas; such as, the overall office facilities, and etc. • Supporting Management in Rayong. • Supporting Senior HR & GA Staff and HR & GA Manager for any assignment. Workplace Area: WHA industrial estate ( Map Ta Phut in Rayong) Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) Salary: 21,000–24,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 24-30 years • Female only • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Humanities (English Major), or in any fields. • At least 1 year experience in Administration, General Affairs, or HR role. • Advance conversation middle level in English. • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). • Eager to learn new things, service-minded attitude, and supportive type of person. • Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
