HR & GA Officer (30K-45K) (SDG-27155) <Job Responsibilities> Human Resources role Handle full set HR functions (i.e. recruitment, staff administration, compensation & benefits administration, Pay roll, training coordination, staff relations and report analysis) Assist to promote and execute HR policy Establish and maintain accurate personnel records information Organize staff relations activities Provide HR services to expatriates (i.e. prepare visa & work permit, individual tax submission) Administration role Provide general office administration services (i.e. ensuring telecommunication system working properly and office equipment, furniture and fixtures are properly maintained) Assist to promote and execute office administration policy and manual Manage office logistic and insurance Property rental for the company and the expatriates Coordination for yearly ISO activity (audit and training)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 28 - 35 years old Bachelor degree At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a generalist, providing support to all facets of Human Resources and office administration Knowledge of Thai Labour, Rules and Regulations Understand the concept of ISO9001 & ISO14001 audit are required Proficient in spoken and written English (Email and communicate with Foreign manager) Proficient in Microsoft software, especially Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Independent, meticulous, resourceful and a creative problem solver "Can do” attitude, demonstrates initiative and results oriented <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–45,000THB About the company Products: Electronics Component Parts (PCB) Business Type: General Trading Company; Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
