Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1) Human Resources (HR): - Lead and manage overall HR strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. - Drive manpower planning, organization structure, and workforce optimization aligned with business objectives. - Manage employee relations, discipline, grievance handling, and labor risk prevention, act as key advisor to management. - Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, time attendance, and HR systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and internal control. - Develop and manage HR budget, HR KPI, and monthly management reports (headcount, OT, turnover, cost, etc.). - Performance & Talent Management: - Lead performance management cycle, career development, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives. - HRD & Training: - Develop annual training plan and training budget aligned with competency gaps and business goals. - Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement. - Recruitment & Engagement: - Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy (sourcing–selection–offer–onboarding) for all levels. - Strengthen employer branding and recruitment channels. - Lead employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and communication to improve retention 2) General Affairs (GA) - Lead and supervise GA operations including office administration, facility & utilities management, security, company vehicles/fleet, and maintenance planning. - Manage vendor/contractor performance (maintenance, cleaning, canteen, etc.) and ensure service quality & cost control. - Coordinate with government agencies and manage legal/operational permits and documentation (e.g., visa & work permit, operation permits, licenses). - Organize company events and support internal communications to enhance employee experience and corporate culture. - Ensure HR & GA processes comply with ISO requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CoC, RBA) and company governance. - Lead internal/external audits for HR/GA scope; maintain updated documentation and corrective/preventive actions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and follow up audit findings until closure. 3) Leadership & Governance - Manage, coach, and develop HR & GA team members; assign tasks, monitor performance, and build succession for key roles. - Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management within HR & GA functions. - Other assigned task by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or related fields. - 7–10 years of HR & GA experience with at least 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role (with subordinates) in manufacturing. - English conversational high level (To communicate with Japanese MD, report and documents) - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, C&B, SSO, and tax-related processes. - Experience in visa/work permit and dealing with government agencies is a must (if the company has expatriates). - Familiar with ISO systems/audits (ISO 9001/14001, Code of Conduct, RBA) and documentation control. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/HRIS; strong analytical/reporting skills. - Own car with a driving license (for visiting 2 factories at Rojana and Wangnoi) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Conversational level of Japanese ・Working experience in manufacturing company ・Working experience in Japanese company
