Duties & Responsibility:

Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals. 
Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in align-ment with the business objectives. 
Provide Top Management with professional consultation on key HR issues. 
Work closely with line managers as an internal consultant on people issues
Manage and monitor all administration tasks: rule and regulations, internal environ-ment, internal purchasing, etc.  

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Male or Female, Thai Nationality, Age 40-50 years old 

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related fields

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resource management

Good understanding in Financial statements

Good command of English & Japanese

Leadership and well management skills 

[Prefer]

Able to handle multi tasks assignment

 Good communication skills is preferable


Languages skills:

English: Business Level 

Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2)


Salary 50,000 – 80,000THB (Depend on Experienced)

Business Type: Manufacturing (Heavy Industries)

Products & Service: Special Steel (Bars/Wire rods), Steel sheets, Parts for heavy industries (automotive, construction, etc.)


Working time: 09:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday (Saturday half day Once a month)
