Work outline: Work closely with Japanese GM to operate overall function of HR & GA department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and running common/job-specific training programs
Ø In charge of employee rules, Laws, and regulation
Ø Management of reception desk and arranging drivers
Ø Supporting Japanese VISA and work permit
Ø Handle recruiting process, from planning, interview, to orientation new staff
Ø To support the management of the training facilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male/female, Age 33-43 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø 8 years experiences as a HR in Middle Size Company (100+ employees.)
Ø 3 years’ experience of HR Manager
Ø Have a good command of English (needed in communicating with GM and headquarter)
Preferable:
Ø Working experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company or related industries
Ø Japanese N3 or above
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 or above) (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri / Need to work on Saturday every 2 weeks)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable (Include)
