Work Outline: Responsible for HRM, HRD and GA function’s management for headquarter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in Thailand
Promote of planning and implementation of various personnel systems
Make a fair adjustment among bases of various personnel systems
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
Coordinate with government agencies related.
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/female, age between 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business
Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs
HR labor management experience in the manufacturing industry
HR policy experience such as remuneration strategy
Experience in dealing with labor problems such as labor disputes
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have an attorney qualification
Conversational level Japanese
Languages skills
English: Conversational – Business level
Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park, (Ayutthaya)
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday with some Saturday *1 – 2 times/month)
