-Be able to work as HR & GA Manager with experience in Managerial
-Willing to work and coordinate with many level staffs.
Duties & Responsibility:
(WORK OUTLINE) : In charge of HR&GA Tasks including Administrative Tasks. Also *need to be able to help do a Research of Shop Branch if needed.
-In charge of General HR & GA & Administrative Tasks.
-In charge of MINUTE OF MEETING for Directors/Broads, Department of Commerce’s Necessary Documentary.
-In charge of Employees’ Contract/Research for Shop Brands and Insurance Negotiation, etc.
Manpower Management, Shop Staffs/Manager Support & Follow up.
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai Nationality, Female age Over 40 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields.
At least 15 years' experience in HR & GA fields with at least 5 years in Managerial Level.
Good command of English and Japanese (Expert Skill)
PERFER
Excellent communication skills and flexible enough to do multi-tasks.
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Japanese: Business level (JLPT 1-2) with Translation/Interpreting Level.
Workplace Area:Silom /Bangkok - (MRT Silom/ BTS Saladaeng)
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17.30
