HR & GA Department Manager (Negotiable) (SDG-54103) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบุคคลและธุรการ <Job Responsibilities> Business Partnering - Strategize and develop workplace and business relationships with all relevant stakeholders - Drive and manage people-agenda projects, end-to-end business partnering and value-added services to the business leaders and employees. - Support organizational change and restructuring. Talent Acquisition - Partner with the Talent Acquisition HQ team and creates recruitment strategy and ensure that job vacancies to be filled with best candidates with the efficiently process and cost-effectively - Guide hiring managers in selection of candidates - Conduct the orientation and on boarding processes Total Rewards and Benefits - Partner with Compensation & Benefits HQ team to coach hiring managers in compensation strategies - Effective manage full spectrum of total rewards and benefits policies and programs to ensure internal equability and external competitiveness - Prepare annual HR budget and benefits plans. Employee Engagement - Ensure new hires are well integrated in the company throughout their employment and also Off board process. - Implement and manage employee engagement and health/well-being programs while ensuring diversity in the workplace. - Recommends effective communication channels to build up good employee relation and morale. - Build rapport with the employees to promote and encourage participation in company programs and activities. Talent Development & Performance Management - Partner with the Learning & Development HQ team for career progression - Guide hiring managers and employees in competency policy, framework and processes. - Manage the performance review and support hiring managers and employees throughout performance management life cycle including to cascade key performance indicators and performance goals to employees. - Manage end-to-end total company’s talent development plan (including succession plans to future-proof leadership pipeline) - Maximize utilization of government grants and keep abreast of latest government initiatives. Organizational Design and HR Systems - As a "Change Agent" to assist Management in bringing about changes in organization cultures towards excellence in people management. - Support the Business Leaders on organizational design initiatives. - Support in key HR system projects and initiatives. Legal and Compliance Practices
Job Requirement
- Ensures up to date employment policy in line with local legislation is in place. - Continual policy and process development and amending and implementing policies and procedures in line with the local employment law regulation. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 40-50 years old - Bachelor's degree - More than 10 years of experience in overall HR field (HR Strategy, Recruiting, Employer-Employee Relations & Engagement, Labor Law Compliance, Compensate , Benefits and Salary structure, Terminate Project/Reorganization, Training & Development and also Maintaining safe Environment) - At least 8 years experience in Factory Automation, Electronics Engineering related products, Machine maker company background - At least 5 years as HRBP (Strong in HRBP) - Project management experience (HRIS is highly preferred) - Experience for Audit Process - Proficient in English language, both written and verbal for international communication - Highly organized and able to do multi-task and manage various project - Strong mature person yet maintain good relation with employee, not easily be influence by others and able to deliver or apply hard company policy to employee. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits Salary: Negotiable About the company Products: Electrical Equipment/ Components Business Type: General Trading Company;Medical Equipment;General Appliances / Electrical Equipment
