Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Oversee daily HR and GA operations 2. Oversee HR & GA policies & procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, local regulations, and aligned with HQ policy 3. Conduct training needs survey, arrange the most suitable training course, take many forms of training methods and assessment methods to improve the training effectiveness and satisfaction. 4. Responsible for end-to-end operation of recruitment to meet the needs of the company and onboard orientation, exit interview, and providing feedback to management. 5. Manage and control all Human Resources matters, i.e. performance management system, welfare and benefits, Human resources development area, etc. To ensure that all operations are aligned with the company’s policy and local labor law, including labor case investigation. 6. Payroll process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and submit payroll monthly report to accounting & finance manager within the timeline 7. Provide support on employee service, i.e. annual health checkup, renewal of health and life insurance, air ticket and hotel for business trip, company recreation activities and etc. 8. Forecast budget for all HR and GA matters and create year plan. 9. Responsible for managing overall of administrative operations, which include purchasing, legal, and contract 10. Coordinate with the legal and compliance team on the request or renewal of the related contract i.e. renewal of office rental contract, contract with supplier related to employee service (driver, printer, etc.) and etc. 11. Collaborate across departments and take responsibility for HR & GA project and other duties that support the company's goal 12. Supervise and manage GA subordinates regarding activities including purchasing and facilities management, ensuring operational efficiency 13. Provide support to any ad hoc task
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years of experience in HR and GA from an international company with Visa/BOI experience - Have 2 years of experience as a management team member - Business level in English communication with the report line and HQ, both speaking and writing <Detail> - Computer literacy (MS Office) - Open to learning new tasks - Strong sense of People Management, responsibility, and support <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Can start working immediately - Toeic score over 600 will be an advantage
