Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Female, age 35-42 years old Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Human resources majoring is an advantage). Experience Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR& GA function 2-3 years of work experience in managerial or supervisor level High skills in recruitment and Training skills and people development. Experience with developing company's training program for each department Fluent English both spoken & written (TOEIC 600) MS Office Experience working in Global companies. Excellent team leader, communication skill, collaboration and dynamic. <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience in Banking/Hire purchase/Leasing Business Languages skills English: Conversational Japanese: None
