HR& GA Assistant Manager (50K-60K) (SDG-22788)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically in manpower planning, recruitment, 
	Employee development set KPI’s, training and appraisals
	To lead, supervise and conduct human resources (Concentrate on recruitment & education)
	& General affair functions (Concentrate on corporate matter)
	To streamline procurement process, HR process and other admin related process relevant to
	To be responsible for daily administrative issues, resolve trouble shooting and facilitate internal departments to smoothen day to day operations
	To stand between Management and employees to enhance mutual understanding and
	Circulate appropriate information
	To execute any admin related projects per management assignment


Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, age 35-42 years old
	Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Human resources majoring is an advantage).
	Experience Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR& GA function 
	2-3 years of work experience in managerial or supervisor level 
	High skills in recruitment and Training skills and people development.
	Experience with developing company's training program for each department
	Fluent English both spoken & written (TOEIC 600)
	MS Office
	Experience working in Global companies.
	Excellent team leader, communication skill, collaboration and dynamic.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>		
	Experience in Banking/Hire purchase/Leasing Business
