Work outline: Responsible for supporting Manager in overall HR & GA tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support overall managerial tasks for HR & GA department
Ø Responsible for payroll preparation by calculation of salary and overtime
Ø Improve and solve any issue related to HR & GA
e.g. issuing salary, welfare, education & training, VISA, work permit, working environment, office, driver and car reservation, secretary etc.
Ø Responsible for supporting and organizing training sessions for employees
Ø create and improve regulations and systems related to HR&GA
Ø provide advice to employee and employer when appropriate
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in HR & GA or related fields
Ø Experience in managing HR & GA matters
Ø Good knowledge in HR law/Tax/BOI
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills, service oriented with positive attitude
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø Japanese Language Skill (A strong plus for salary negotiation)
Ø Working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 30,000 - 46,000 THB (Exclude allowance)
