Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [HR - 70%] - Partner with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions. - Conduct the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and offering candidates - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - Double-check employee attendance records, leave, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other allowances before payroll is processed. - Ensure accurate input into the Prosoft system by the junior staff - Updates and revisions of the company's compensation program. - To plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programs that enhance skills, improve performance, and support the company's goals. [GA - 30%] - Prepare and coordinate required documents for visa and work permit application and extension through outsourced service providers. - Manage & Oversee all general affairs job in the factory (Canteen service, Company commuting bus, Security guard man, Janitors etc.) - Issue the standard operation or regulation regarding general affairs jobs
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years of experience in HR & GA tasks (fulloop) - at least 3 years as leader, supervisor or Assistance Manager role - Conversation High level in English, use for internal communication, documents and candidate interview - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software - Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations in Thailand <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Familiar with factory environment will be advantage. - Experience in Prosoft payroll system (This position has to double check the process) <Personality> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakehmaolders. <Other> - For transportation to the office, the company supports the gasoline allowance and Toll Fee
