<Position Objective/Expectation >
・Develop and lead the HR strategy and support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company in the full span of HR

<Job Responsibilities>
・Participate in strategic planning activities and work with business unit leaders to define and develop short- and long-term human resources strategies and manpower plans according to business strategic direction in order to provide human resources ideas and recommendations that drive business solutions
・To completed all action plan which comply to HR Strategy.
・To support HR Strategy Management business operation.
・Responsible for EBITDA / Headcount / Year can achieve on target.
・Responsible for Labor Cost / Revenue are controlled on target
・Responsible for training Plan / OC review / Succession Plan are completed
・To encourage and enhance employee's skills to implement technology in their work.
・Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Political Science, Law or any related field.
・At least 8 years working experience as HR in the real estate industry.
・At least 3 years in management experience
・Conversation middle level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to use Microsoft Office program
・Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking
