Duties & Responsibility:



  • Cooperate with team leader to review and improve overall HR system
  • Assist HR Manager in analyzing, planning, and improving  total compensation, welfare and benefits system of the organization
  • Extend Human Resource support to Joint Venture or affiliate companies
  • Work cross functionally and support with Human Resource solutions


Support other teams as per assigned



 



Desired skills & experiences:



MUST



  • Male or Female. Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Political Science, Organizational Development or related fields
  • Age between 30 – 38
  • At least 5 years of work experiences in HR fields. Good experience in Compensation and Benefits is highly preferable
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • Strong computer skills, expertise in Advanced Excel is advantage
    • Well-organized, proactive, initiative and good team-player.



PREFER



  • 10 years of experience in HR fields, especially in compensation and benefit related function
  • Strong leadership, able to cooperate across culture, function, and department
