Duties & Responsibility:
- Cooperate with team leader to review and improve overall HR system
- Assist HR Manager in analyzing, planning, and improving total compensation, welfare and benefits system of the organization
- Extend Human Resource support to Joint Venture or affiliate companies
- Work cross functionally and support with Human Resource solutions
Support other teams as per assigned
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Male or Female. Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Political Science, Organizational Development or related fields
- Age between 30 – 38
- At least 5 years of work experiences in HR fields. Good experience in Compensation and Benefits is highly preferable
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong computer skills, expertise in Advanced Excel is advantage
- Well-organized, proactive, initiative and good team-player.
PREFER
- 10 years of experience in HR fields, especially in compensation and benefit related function
- Strong leadership, able to cooperate across culture, function, and department
