HR Consultant (JP) (50K–80K) (SDG-104150) ที่ปรึกษาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for providing solutions to solve challenges faces by our clients. - Responsible for HR system construction and HRD projects both in Thailand and Singapore. - Conduct preliminary meetings, survey to understand challenges and issues faced by clients. - Propose solutions to challenges and issues faced by clients. - Promote the construction of HR systems: Grading, Evaluation, Compensation. - Support and Collaborate with Team members to implement the solutions - Do the operation Support of HR system project. - Propose the training program and HRD solutions. - Consulting for design of Grading, Evaluation and compensation systems, corporate training and HR tech services. - HR evaluation and compensation system consulting services are based on employee surveys and discussions with HR and management to design and implement the system. - For training, we are providing the contents customized to client’s needs. - Any tasks assigned by manager <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบในการจัดหาโซลูชั่นเพื่อแก้ปัญหาความท้าทายที่ลูกค้าของเราเผชิญ - รับผิดชอบการก่อสร้างระบบ HR และโครงการ HRD ทั้งในประเทศไทยและสิงคโปร์ - ดำเนินการประชุมเบื้องต้น สำรวจเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความท้าทายและปัญหาที่ลูกค้าเผชิญ - เสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและปัญหาที่ลูกค้าเผชิญ - ส่งเสริมการสร้างระบบทรัพยากรบุคคล: การให้เกรด การประเมินผล การชดเชย - สนับสนุนและทำงานร่วมกับสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อนำโซลูชันไปใช้ - ดำเนินการสนับสนุนโครงการระบบ HR - เสนอโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมและโซลูชั่นด้าน HRD - ให้คำปรึกษาในการออกแบบระบบการให้เกรด การประเมินผล และค่าตอบแทน การฝึกอบรมองค์กร และบริการเทคโนโลยีทรัพยากรบุคคล - บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการประเมินทรัพยากรบุคคลและระบบค่าตอบแทนจะขึ้นอยู่กับการสำรวจพนักงานและการหารือกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้บริหารเพื่อออกแบบและใช้งานระบบ - สำหรับการฝึกอบรม เราจะจัดเตรียมเนื้อหาที่ปรับแต่งตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - งานใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 36 years old - Bachelor's degree ・More than bachelor's degree ・More than 3 years Experience in one of the following areas - HR Consultancy or Consultancy in Other fields - HR Operations (eg. HR manager, HRBP) - Organizational development - HRD, training, Facilitation, development of training content ・More than Conversational high English and Japanese(English ;Above TOEIC 800, Japanese ; N1) *Using English for Singaporean, Japanese for people who are like Japanese MD, etc.) ・Logical Thinking Skill ・Able to go business trip in foreign countries. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working or studying abroad will be advantages.
