Work outline: As a HR consultant, this position is responsible for providing HR consulting services to corporates in order to solve its management issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make appointments by calling new potential clients.
Visit clients with a branch manager to listen to client's need
Create proposals by mainly Microsoft Power point
Collect and analyze data and design and prepare for required stuffs like HR system, Training course, assessment tool. (Initially , main solution will be Training for managers)
Analyze and report the result of each solution afterwards and use them for next proposal
Other task as assigned

OJT
Meeting and discussion to share knowledge each other on a regular basis
Participate the kick-off meeting in Japan

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 25-35 years
Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years professional experience
Business level of Japanese language
Strong interests in HR consulting, HR development, Training service.
Personality (Outgoing, Supportive, Flexible , Team player, Positive, Ownership)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level – Prefer
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS:Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00( Mon – Fri )
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 THB negotiable
