Opportunity to learn HR consulting from experienced managers
Work outline: Responsible for providing HR consulting services to clients in order to solve their HR matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit clients to listen to and consult client's problems, and prepare and provide HR solutions they need such as HR trainings
Analyze data and report the result to clients
As a manger, lead the team and projects to provide clients with the solutions like HR system, Training course, assessment tool. (Initially , main solution will be Training for managers)
Other task as assigned

HR management, Problem solving skills in all HR matters , Project management skill
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 27-35 years
Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of solution sales (in any field) or HR experiences
English skills at Advanced Conversational level
Strong interests in HR consulting, HR development, Training service.
Preferable:
Japanese skills at Advanced Conversational level
HR system knowledge
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Prefer
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00(Mon – Fri )
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
