<Job Responsibilities> - Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand business strategies and ensure HR initiatives are effectively aligned with organizational goals. - Support the development and implementation of HR frameworks for talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and retention. - Establish clear and open communication channels across departments through regular interaction with managers and employees. Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Analyze business operations to identify HR-related challenges and deliver targeted, practical solutions. Assist in optimizing internal HR systems and processes to support long-term HR strategies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Overall HR - Have experience of HRBP - Strong understanding of employment law, and compliance. - Business level in Chinese, proficient in reading, writing, and speaking. - Conversational high in English to use for communication, documents, and email - Be able to work under Pressure <In detail> - Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and multitasking skills. - Able to work independently and think strategically <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred. - Experience in IT industry. - HSK6
