Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee all functions within the HR Business Partner team - Act as strategic advisor to management on HR matters - Lead, develop, and manage HR BP team members across all sub-functions - Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery - Define, develop, and revise HR regulations, policies, and procedures - Ensure compliance with Thai labour law and company standards - Review and update SOPs, forms, and audit documentation - Support HSE & QA requirements and decentralization initiatives - Manage promotion processes and documentation - Oversee appointment and rotation of Shift Leaders - Coordinate transfer of Daily employees to Monthly employment status - Support manpower planning and headcount reporting (weekly & monthly) - Oversee HR software implementation and system management (Phase 1 & 2) - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR reports including OT Reports, Manpower Reports, Annual Leave Reports, KPI Grade Reports - Manage database tools, script cases, and query reports - Oversee end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions. - Manage headhunter relationships and external sourcing partnerships - Approve and process new employee requisitions - Drive employer branding initiatives including job fairs and student scholarship programs - Oversee exit interview process and provide insights to management - Review Warning Letter issuance in compliance with company policy - Oversee training and development programmes for all employee levels - Ensure effective implementation of competency frameworks and Talent & Succession planning - Drive KPI evaluation and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes - Support HR Global projects including Go Far Project, DE&I Global Committee, and Engagement Surveys - Promote IDEA BANK submissions and internal communication
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Good command of English (verbal and written) - At least 7 years of progressive HRBP experience in the manufacturing industry - At least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law and statutory compliance - Proven experience across multiple HR functions (Recruitment, Training&Development, HRIS) - Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR reporting tools - Conversational High-level English (Internal/ External communication, Public speaking) - Able to work at 2 locations (Bang Pu 3 days + Sinsakhon 2 Days/week) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in an FMCG environment is preferred - Experience in Manufacturing with 500 employees or more - Experience working with a multi-location company - Being able to speak Japanese is a plus
