<Job Responsibilities> - Handle Visa, Work permit for Japanese Employee including their own family (Manage by own, not using agency) - Handled 90-day reporting for foreign employees. - Coordinated with authorities, such as Revenue and Immigration, on foreign employee matters. - Coordinate for Business trip, Back to hometown leaves - Manage and support for company activity. - Other tasks as assign.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of working experience as HR or GA field - Experience in VISA, Work Permit (Handle by their own is preferable, Coordinate via Agents also applicable) - Conversational High in English (communicate with Japanese, documents, email etc.) - Computer literacy.; especially Excel <In detail> - Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented. - Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, communication & coordination skills with ability to work under pressure <Prefer Skill / Experience> - Handle full process by own for Visa, Work permit (Not use agency) - Handle for company's activity - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR related field. - Holding valid TOEIC 550 or more - Holding valid JLPT N3 or over - Early joined candidate
