HR Assistant Manager/Supervisor (Japanese Speaking) @Samut Prakarn (25K-70K) (SDG-38829) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for overall HR functions, labor union, employee relation, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, HRD, and other related fields Collaborate in functions of labor union and negotiate with union committees with internal and external parties in order to ensuring well management the voice of employees Conduct and update the Employee Engagement Survey (yearly) Corporate with HR team from other group companies to collect data of compensation/benefits matters and conduct the analysis in order to use in planning session Collaborate with HR team from Bangkok Head Office for recruitment and training program Be responsible in overall General Affairs functions Coordinate and assist the Japanese Management team and interpreter
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years old Bachelor’s Degree in any fields For Assistant level, at least 5 years' of experience in Human Resources, Japanese Interpreter or any related functions in Japanese Manufacturing Company For Supervisor level, at least 2 years' of experience in Human Resources, Japanese Interpreter or any related functions Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and Above) Computer Literacy in Micro Soft Office Also welcome Japanese Interpreter who interested to work in HR functions Fundamental knowledge of overall HR functions, especially in Labor Union and Employee Relations <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakarn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–70,000THB About the company Products: IT, electrical devices, security, industrial system, visual system solution Business Type: Home Electronics / Audio-Visual Equipment / Communication Equipment;
