Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist the HR Manager in overseeing and managing overall HRM and HRD functions. - Review and verify payroll, attendance records (leave, absence, tardiness), and employee benefits. - Monitor KPI reports and internal performance evaluations within the department. - Control and manage recruitment activities, manpower planning, and the employee selection process. - Supervise the performance of the Safety Officer (Professional Level) and oversee safety training programs. - Possess knowledge of labor relations and participate in developing HR systems aligned with factory objectives. - Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and coordinate both internally and externally. - Have a solid understanding of labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and labor issue management. - Have experience with ISO systems, 5S, Safety standards, and be proficient in MS Office. - Support company activities and perform other duties as assigned by management. - Other assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Political Sciences, Industrial Psychology, or any related field. - Over 5 years of direct experience in HR, overall HRM and HRD functions in Manufacturing. - At least 2 years of experience in management level with subordinates. - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, and Safety. - Conversational middle level in English (E-mail and documents) - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to use ERP will be given special consideration. - From Lighting, Emergency Light company
