HR Assistant Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-76488) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล <Job Responsibilities> Recruitment • Searching candidates from Website or Recruitment company • Interview candidate • Prepare employment contract for new staff • Orientation new staff • Update employees list • Prepare training report send to department of skill development Monthly • Check daily attendance • Prepare and make employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis. Include leave record, overtime. • Maintenance of employee data. e.g., detail of employee, leave balances, head count • Prepare and make payroll for employee and temporary staffs (Coordinate with Bank as well, not use outsource and send PDF file to employees) • Prepare and make personal tax (PND1) report for Thai staffs. • Prepare and make Social Security Fund report for Thai staffs and Japanese. • Prepare and make Bonus evaluation template. • Report in-out staff for Accident Insurance • Prepare document for probation evaluation staff • Support all department (contact supplier, government) • Report in-out staff for social security of month • Summarize OT of month • Prepare activities board of month • Prepare regulation of welfare • Update employee’s status with Accident insurance • Setup training course for staffs. (If have) • Prepare Covid-19 reports for Internal and External. • Prepare Birthday card & Gift to staff (Design by own) Salary Adj & Bonus • Prepare and make Promotion & Salary Adjustment template for July. • Summarize leave record for adjust salary appraisal (Jul) and Bonus appraisal (Jun, Dec) • Calculate annual salary adjustment (Jul) • Prepare template for Bonus and Calculate bonus of Jun and December • Summarize leave record for bonus appraisal for Jun and Dec Annual • Summary Payroll staff by person report for yearly report. • Prepare PND1 Kor of year • Prepare Kor Tor 20 Kor.of year • Prepare 50 bis for staff • Prepare payment related to persons with disabilities • Medical checkup program - annual Others • Prepare and issue document for ISO 9001 • Register new staff in company system. • Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences > - Thai nationality, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years of experience of General Human Resources - Good command of English (enough to communicate with JP Vice President) - Good skill of documentation by Microsoft office - Independent management ability <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Experience in Japanese Company - Able to create presentation Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri (Sat: depending on the projects, Work in Office 100%)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Technical documentation, translation and localization, printing, preparing sales promotional tools, organizing events and etc. Business Type: Marketing Agency (Online & Offline)
