HR Assistant Manager
(49K – 51K) (SDG-65864)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for employee relation activity including labour union coordination
• Responsible for promoting good working relationship within the section and to other sections as well
• Responsible for the proper implementation of company rules and regulations
• Responsible for creating programs and activities that motivate and uplifts the morale of the whole section
• Responsible for Training for all employees
• Ensuring payment of Wage & Compensation
• Responsible for Company Recruitment
• Define and plan for yearly budget and control for HR Section
• Other assigned tasks
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Bachelor Degree (or Higher) in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years experience as HR.
• At least 3 years experience of management
• Have management skill.
• Have working experience about employee relation activity including labor union coordination
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Have knowledge in information system work related to human resources
• Have negotiation skills and communication skills
• Understand ISO system (ISO45001, 14000, 50001, IATF16949)
• Strong leadership, Interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision making, service-minded
• Have experience of suggesting about *HR strategies to management is preferable.
*HR strategies: creation of mid-to-long-term human resource and recruitment plans, as well as organizing the HRD portion of these plans.

• รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมพนักงานสัมพันธ์รวมถึงการประสานงานสหภาพแรงงาน
• รับผิดชอบส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานที่ดีภายในส่วนงานและส่วนอื่นๆ ด้วย
• รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามกฎและข้อบังคับของบริษัทอย่างเหมาะสม
• รับผิดชอบในการสร้างโปรแกรมและกิจกรรมที่กระตุ้นและยกระดับขวัญกำลังใจของทั้งหมวด
• รับผิดชอบการฝึกอบรมพนักงานทุกคน
• รับรองการจ่ายค่าจ้างและค่าตอบแทน
• รับผิดชอบในการสรรหาบริษัท
• กำหนดและวางแผนงบประมาณประจำปีและการควบคุมสำหรับ HR Section
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-45 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี (หรือสูงกว่า) ในสาขาทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมพนักงานสัมพันธ์รวมถึงการประสานงานสหภาพแรงงาน
• การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางขั้นสูง
• มีความรู้ด้านงานระบบสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรบุคคล
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและทักษะในการสื่อสาร
• เข้าใจระบบ ISO (ISO45001, 14000, 50001, IATF16949)
• ความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ มีใจบริการ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการแนะนำเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ * HR ต่อฝ่ายบริหารจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
*กลยุทธ์ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล: การสร้างแผนทรัพยากรบุคคลและการจัดหางานระยะกลางถึงระยะยาว ตลอดจนการจัดส่วน HRD ของแผนเหล่านี้
