HR Assistant Manager @Rayong (43K-68K) (SDG-26751) <Job Responsibilities> Manage tasks related to recruitment (recruitment, selection, recruitment conditions) and resignation of employee (resignation process, resignation corresponding). Personnel labor management (employee information, attendance management, promotion, etc.). Handle tasks related to Social Security Fund, calculation of payroll, preparation and filing of tax, etc. Labor relation management (tasks related to welfare committee, collecting information from employee and advice management, etc.) Manage and maintain the annual evaluation system and complete bonus payment/ salary revision. Plan and manage events (orientation, education, training, various events). Proceed general management of office maintenance. Other tasks related to HR/GA
Job Requirement
