Work outline:
In charge of whole HR tasks except for tasks related money such as payroll

                                                                  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Recruit(Screening/Interview)            

Ø  Joining process(Contract / necessary documents/Social Security / CPF / mobile)

Ø  Exit process(Exit interview/Documentation)

Ø  Talent Management(PMS/Trainee/Job rotation/Internal training/External training)

Ø  HR admin(Official announcement/Mobile phone/Probation management)

Ø  Have to cooperate with another assistant HR manager

Ø  Have to do things which are not related job description

Ø  Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 28-40 years

Ø  Bachelor's degree 

Ø  work being surrounded by foreigners

Ø  Good command in English(Business level)

Ø  Broad experiences in HR field

 

Preferable:

Ø  Experience Working at multinational company

Ø  Willing to do the tasks beyond job description
