Duties & Responsibility:
Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources
To control all employee attendance, payroll, annual training, welfare
To manage under Labor law and contact with government sometime
Responsible for recruitment, selecting including sourcing in several channel
Handling all HRD functions i.e. support training and staff development program
Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[MUST]
Male or Female, age 27-40 years old, Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor degree in any related field
At least 5 years experiences in HR field.
Good management skills, Leadership skills
English skills Daily conversational level (speak with Japanese boss and writing email)
[PERFER]
Strong background in Human Resource is preferable
Japanese language skills would be advantage
Good analytical skills, self-initiative
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Daily Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-45,000 THB/ Month
