Job Description
HR and GA staff (25K–35K) (SDG-114700) <Job responsibilities> - Calculate the monthly payroll accurately and determine each employee's salary. - Consider factors such as working hours, overtime, absenteeism, leave days, bonuses, and allowances when determining the salary. - Make salary adjustments related to severance pay, salary increases, and promotions. - Resolve inquiries related to pay slips and payment issues. - Address any concerns employees may have regarding their salaries. - Handle the enrollment and renewal of social insurance (health insurance, pension, workers' compensation, etc.) and deduct the required premiums. - Comply with legal requirements regarding working hours, overtime regulations, leave policies, and wage payments, and manage them appropriately. - Respond to internal and external audits, and regularly check to Ensure that the company is complying with compliance requirements. - Other recruitment activities as required. ‐ Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 35 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field - 3-5 years of experience as an HR at a manufacturing company - At least 2 years of experience to handle payroll task - Conversational low-middle level of English(to communicate Japanese sometimes) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately - Have the Experience in using Tigers payroll Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:20(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits 25,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Containers for cosmetics (Plastic containers) Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic;
