Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
[HR Administration]
- Manage visa and work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation for Japanese expatriates and foreign employees.
- Handle 90-day reporting (TM47) and other immigration-related administrative procedures.
- Support social security registration, claims, and related administrative matters.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and external service providers when necessary.
[Interpretation & Translation]
- Provide Japanese–Thai–English interpretation support for meetings, discussions, and daily business operations.
- Translate business documents, internal communications, administrative documents, and other materials as required.
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese expatriates and Thai employees.
- Support Japanese expatriates in communicating with internal departments and external parties.
[General Affairs & Expatriate Support]
- Coordinate company cars, drivers, limousine services, and related arrangements.
- Coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to Japanese expatriates.
- Arrange visas, flights, accommodation, and other travel-related matters for overseas business travelers and OJT participants.
- Support daily administrative requests from Japanese expatriates.
[Office & Asset Administration]
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of uniforms.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and disposal of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain appropriate records of company assets and office equipment.
[Other Responsibilities]
- Support HR and general affairs projects and activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment within the Resource Management Division.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years of experience as an Interpreter, HR, Admin, Secretary, or Coordinator in any industry
- High-level conversational Japanese skills with JLPT N3 or above (Meeting Interpreting, translating)
- High-level conversational English (for internal communication and translation)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Hand on experiences in visa-work permit for Japanese member process
- TOEIC score of 750 or higher is preferred
