Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [HR Operations & Administration] - Manage daily HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records and HR database - Coordinate staff confirmations, contract renewals, and manpower reports - Handle employee documentation, ID issuance, visitor passes, and internal requests - Liaise with Finance on payroll-related data (OT, allowances, salary submissions) - Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal procedures [Recruitment & Onboarding] - Support full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding - Screen CVs, arrange interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers - Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction, medical check-up, and documentation - Monitor probation, confirmations, and training follow-ups [Employee Relations & Welfare] - Act as a contact point for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances - Coordinate resolution of HR-related issues (salary, benefits, statutory matters) - Support employee welfare programs, loans, and staff activities [Training & Development] - Coordinate training needs analysis and annual training plans - Organize internal and external training programs - Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness - Support learning and development initiatives [Internal Communication] - Ensure effective communication of HR policies, announcements, and activities - Coordinate internal engagement programs and employee satisfaction surveys [HR Systems & Performance Management] - Maintain and update HRIS and Performance - Management System (PMS) - Monitor performance evaluation cycles and reporting [Projects & Other Responsibilities] - Support internship programs and talent development initiatives - Participate in HR improvement projects and employee engagement activities - Assist in audits, reports, and HR-related events as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of experience in supporting the full spectrum of human resource functions in any industry - Conversational High Level skill, in both Thai and English(Sri Lanka Report line) - Can join with short notice <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience as a sole HR representative - Experience in an international company <In Details> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work under pressure, honesty, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility. - High level of integrity and confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
