<Job Responsibilities> - Contact and Coordinate with the Department - Collect information and record the history of employees Salary calculation - Manage employee welfare matters such as social security, round insurance, form, etc. - Able to do related government report and stay visa for foreigner employee. - Hold a meeting to recruit employees for various positions / various announcements within the company - Make personal income tax returns, Form Por.Ngor.Dor.1 and Form Por.Ngor.Dor.1 Kor/Tor 50 - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in Overall HR or HRM - Experience with a VISA work permit - Knowledge of labour laws, social security, and personal finance, etc - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external - Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets <In Details> - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to speak Japanese - Experience in recruitment - Experience in Payroll
