Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle overall HR and administrative functions to support daily business operations - Act as a communication bridge between Japanese management and Thai employees - Translate and communicate company policies, regulations, and internal announcements - Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation - Support implementation and monitoring of company rules, attendance, leave, and WFH policies - Handle employee relations and support grievance / whistleblowing matters - Manage HR administrative tasks related - Coordinate training, internal activities, and HR-related projects as assigned - Coordinate with HQ and internal departments on HR-related matters - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 4 years of overall HR experience (full-spectrum HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and HR administration) with knowledge of Thai Labour Law - Conversational high in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to communicate effectively with HQ and internal Japanese MD - Conversational middle in English for emails and documents. <Details> - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
