HR & Admin Staff (English Speaking) (22K–28K) (SDG-114756) <Job responsibilities> [Admin function] 70% - Provide administrative tasks such as office equipment /supplies and facilities with maintenance - Manage rental & leasing agreements such as car & Driver, mobile, computer & accessories, etc., and Responsible for car reservation (share car) - Renewal risk, accidental damage insurance - Responsible for booking air tickets, hotel, travel insurance, and mobile roaming for business trips - Manage & monitor drivers and maid performance and relevant documentation - Manage and Support staff claims and Support TEAM to proceed with payment requests and workflow system - Assist with any other jobs as supervisor assigned. [HR function] 30% - Take care of onboarding & off-boarding Process - Take care of employee benefits such as group insurance, annual health check-ups, and welfare as specified in work regulations - Plan and organize company activities such as company trips, new year party, monthly party and activities according to various festivals. - To record, update, prepare monthly reports; time attendance, OT hours, leave - Update and announce organization chart, newsletter
Job Requirement
