Job Description
< Job Responsibilities > 1. Human Resources (HR) Duties - Manage and maintain attendance records, including working hours, absences, lateness, and overtime - Support payroll processes by preparing attendance data and coordinating with external payroll vendors - Assist with social security and tax-related procedures (e.g. preparation of documents for SSO and PND filings) - Manage leave applications such as annual leave and sick leave - Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees - Provide recruitment support (candidate coordination, interview scheduling, document management) - Prepare, update, and maintain HR-related documents and records 2. Administrative (Admin) Duties - Manage and file contracts, internal documents, and application forms - Control office supplies and consumables, including inventory management and ordering - Coordinate with external service providers (building management, cleaning services, IT vendors, etc.) - Provide administrative support for employee welfare and internal policies - Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor reception as required 3. Other Responsibilities - Perform tasks assigned by supervisors - Prepare basic documents and reports using Excel and Word - Support reviews and improvements of administrative and HR procedures
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - At least 2 years of working experience in HR, administration, or a related role - Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email) - Conversion middle level of English for communicate with the Japanese Thai Branch Manager <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, summaries) - Able to handle numbers accurately and work with attention to detail - Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies - Basic knowledge of Thai labor law, social security, and taxation - Experience in payroll or attendance management - Experience using HR or attendance management systems <Personality> - Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Personal Attributes - Able to work independently and accurately - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail - Good communication and coordination skills - Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities - Not job hopper
