Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist all Human Resources and admin duties such as Checking Time attendance, OT, Recruitment, Office Supply, Company Car Maintenance, Uniform, and Company Activities - Handling VISA, Work Permit, and 90 Days Report for foreign staff. (Non-B Visa &Work Permit) - Contact various government and any agencies (Revenue, SSO, DBD) - Supervise and control Driver teams and maid. - Responsible for compensation & benefits, Employee’s birthday, and company's activities. - Ordering office equipment, Wi-Fi, Printer, etc. - Basic accounting and Coordinate with accounting firm. - Other tasks as HR & Admin Manager's assignment
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in related fields - At least 1 year of experience as an HR&Admin staff - Handling the Visa/Work permit process on your own - Have experience of Payroll, Time attendance, OT - Conversational middle level in English (Communicate with Japanese staff and write documents) - Have experience in Event/Outing/Activity organizing for the company's member <Details> - Taking quick action and being able to handle multiple tasks - Be adaptive, and can work in flexible working hours - Fast Learning, thorough person, Good Communication Skills, Cheerful, to be creative - Can work under pressure, patient <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience in a small-sized company (under 30 members)
