<Job Responsibilities> 1. 50% Human Resources Tasks - To manage attendance records, OT, leave, and staff records - To communicate with recruitment agents and candidates - To prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions -To manage all aspects of the employment process, including orientation and training To act as the internal contact person regarding labor issues. 2. 50% Administration Tasks - To conduct and organize administrative duties. - To submit documents and communicate with the outsourcing company, suppliers - To prepare and submit VISA and Work Permit, Government, etc. - To provide office support and ensure the smooth running of the business - To support the Japanese Management and staff - To Book hotels, golf reservations, airline tickets, rental cars, etc. - To organize and schedule meetings and events. - To manage office-related issues, follow instructions and keep records up to date - To help maintain the budget plan (compare prices, negotiate, control costs) - To manage office operations such as ordering office sundries and checking documents 3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Social Science, or any related field - At least 5 years of experience as an Admin and Human Resources in Japanese Companies - Experience in VISA/WP, Booking, Organizing Meetings, Recruiting, and Manging HR tasks - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Managing Director, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Pivot, PowerPoint) <In Details> - Attention to detail, computer literacy, and communication, - Data analysis, critical thinking, and mathematics - Strong problem-solving and organization skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Small-Sized Company - Experience in Supporting the Japanese Managing Director
