 Work Outline: Responsible for developing HR systems and coordinating with Labor union


 Duties & Responsibilities:

 Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and Administrative Tasks to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.

 Develop HR system such as Performance evaluation, Rule & Regulations, Employee relations, Fringe benefit, Payroll system

 Coordinate with Labor Union 

 Managing & prepare all company Important Meeting (Stock Holders Meetings) activities.

 Translate the documents from Thai – English if needed.

 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Male or Female , Age above 45years old

 Bachelor’s degree in any related field 

 At least 15 years of working experience in HR field

 Good knowledge in Labor law

 Understand KPI and Competency

 Experience with union negotiation

 Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)


Preferable Skill / Experience

 Experience in working as HR in manufacturing company


Languages skills 

English: Advanced Conversation

Japanese: Preferable


Workplace Area: Udonthani 

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
